30% deposit - required to secure reservation.
70% balance - due 45 days prior to departure.
Bookings received less than 45 days before departure require payment in full to secure reservation.
Cancellation policy
If the guests cancel the trip more than thirty days until 120 days before the booked departure, Top Class Cruising shall reimburse any balance (70% of the total) already paid within thirty (30) days from the cancellation but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.
If the guests cancel the trip between zero and thirty days before the booked departure date, Top Class Cruising reserves the right to keep the total amount paid by the guests (30% deposit + 70% balance).
