Day 1: Arrival
Our friendly staff welcomes you at the airport. Bus transfer from the airport to the marina of Port Ghalib. You will then be assigned a cabin and discover the boat.Day 2: Departure from the marina
After breakfast, your guide will tell you everything you need to know about your programme of the week, safety recommendations and, more generally, your life on the boat. Your diving certifications, logbook and insurance will be checked before leaving the marina. The boat will then sail to the first dive site, 30 minutes away from the marina. Your guide will give you a detailed briefing about your first dive. The second dive will be done in the afternoon. After dinner, the boat will head towards the Brothers Islands for a six hour long trip. This programme may be subject to change according to weather conditions and the marina you will depart from.Day 3: Brothers
Having arrived the day before on site, you will do three daytime dives on the stunning drop-offs of the Brothers Islands. Due to new regulations aimed at protecting the marine ecosystem, safari boats are only allowed to spend one day on the Brothers' site. You will then sail all night long to reach Daedalus at the break of dawn.Day 4: Daedalus
Arriving early in the morning, you will do three daytime dives on the amazing drop-off of Daedalus, home of the hammerhead shark. A visit to the lighthouse will be organised by the guide with the authorisation of the keepers.Day 5: Daedalus
According to the weather forecast and customers' requests you will do two or three more dives on Daedalus before sailing towards the coast. It will take about seven hours to reach the site of Abu Dabbab where you will spend the night. According to your time of arrival, a night dive may be organised.Day 6: Elphinstone
According to the weather forecast, you will do two or three dives on the stunning drop-offs of Elphinstone. Then the boat will sail back to Abu Dabbab to spend the night in a protected area. If a night dive was not done the day before, it will be organised on this day.Day 7:
According to the weather forecast and your flight schedules, you will do one or two more dives in the morning. After the last dive, you will have the possibility to rinse all your diving gear on the diving deck at the rear of the boat before sailing for 2 hours to Port Ghalib.Day 8: Departure
Departure from the boat will be after breakfast or according to your flight and transfer schedules to the airport or hotel.Sample itineraries are for guidance only. Day 1: Arrival day
Reception at the airport, transfer by bus from the airport to the marina, assignment of the cabins and discovery of the boat.Day 2: Gota Sharm
Wake up, breakfast, then a welcome briefing (organisation of the week, safety instructions on board, etc.) will be presented to you by the guide. A verification of your diving documents and your insurance will be carried out before leaving the marina. The captain will head to the first dive site 30 minutes from departure. The briefing of the so-called "rehabilitation" dive will be presented to you by the guide. After lunch you will sail about two hours south to arrive at the Gota Sharm site where you will do the second dive of the day. At the beginning of the evening, after dinner, the boat will continue its course all night towards the south to arrive in the early morning under the Tropic of Cancer in the area of Saint John's.Day 3: St. John’s
For this first day on St John's, three dives will be offered. Sailing times between sites vary between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours in the Saint John's area. Dive sites are carefully chosen by your guide based on the weather and the number of boats at the sites. For a peaceful night, the boat will moor behind a reef sheltered from the waves.Day 4: St. John’s
As the sun rises, the captain and his crew will take you on another day trip to three other sites in Saint John's.Day 5: St. John’s and Fury Shoals
A last dive on Saint John's before starting the ascent to the north. On the road, we will stop halfway between the area of Saint John's and the Fury Shoals, for a mythical dive: the caves of Um Kararim. We will finally arrive in the afternoon at Sataya (Dolphin house) located in the Fury Shoals area. Once there, depending on the light or the time of arrival on site, you will have the opportunity to do a snorkelling session with the dolphins. The third dive of the day will take place during the day, at dusk or at night. The boat will remain moored in Sataya for the night.Day 6: Fury Shoals and Sheleneyat
If the snorkelling session with the dolphins could not be organised the day before, we will organise it that morning. Your guides will then take you to discover two reefs in the Fury Shoals area. After lunch, the captain will travel about five hours north to arrive at the Sheleneyat site. This third dive will take place at dusk or at night, depending on our arrival time. After dinner, it's time for the festivities!Day 7: Marsa Alam
You will navigate 45 minutes to reach the site where you will make your first dive. After breakfast, you will leave for two hours of navigation and arrive in the Marsa Alam area where the last dive of the cruise will be offered to you. You will then have the opportunity to rinse your gear on the back platform of the boat before sailing 30 minutes to the marina of Marsa Alam. The arrival is scheduled around 14.00. and therefore, some activities will be offered by your guide to occupy your afternoon if you wish. It is also entirely possible for you to stay on the boat.Day 8: Departure
The departure of the boat will be after breakfast or according to your flight and transfer schedules to the airport or hotel.Sample itineraries are for guidance only. Day 1: ArrivalOur friendly staff welcomes you at the airport. Bus transfer from the airport to the marina. You will, then, be attributed a cabin and discover the boat.Day 2: Departure from the marinaAfter breakfast, your guide will tell you everything you need to know about your program of the week, safety recommendations and, more generally, your life on the boat. Your diving certifications, logbook and insurance will be checked for certified divers before leaving the marina. The captain will make his way to the first snorkelling site. It will also be possible to dive on this site for certified divers. The briefing of the so-called "check dive" will be presented to you by the guide. After lunch, you will sail south to the second snorkelling/diving site of the day. Before dinner, for those who wish, you can attend a presentation on the fauna and flora of the Red Sea. In the early evening, after dinner, the boat will continue south to reach the Sataya area overnight.Day 3: Fury ShoalsIn the morning the guide will tell you everything you need to know on “how to behave in the company of dolphins” for a respectful encounter with them. A first snorkelling trip with the dolphins will be organised. For certified divers who wish, a dive can be offered to you, outside the Sataya lagoon, where diving is prohibited. You are not certified divers and you want to discover the underwater world in scuba diving? Your guide can offer you an introduction to scuba diving. All you need to do is notify them early enough in the day so that they can adapt their program accordingly. Your guide will suggest several activities throughout the day. Diving, snorkelling along the reef, swimming, snorkelling with dolphins ... the choice is yours. At night, a splendid starry landscape will occupy your evening after dinner.Day 4: Fury ShoalsAfter having enjoyed another moment of bliss with the dolphins in the morning, the captain and his crew will move the boat to one of the most beautiful sites of the Fury Shoals. You will go on a snorkelling trip along the reef to observe the incredible biodiversity of the Red Sea. For certified divers, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a magnificent coral garden. Depending on your wishes, a second dive can be organised in the afternoon on another Fury Shoals site, or a second excursion with the dolphins inside the lagoon of Sataya. Did you take photos during the day? A large screen awaits you in the lounge to present your photos to the whole group, your guide will be happy to comment on them after dinner.Day 5: Fury ShoalsFeel free to choose what you want to do: swim with dolphins, immerse yourself in one of the Fury Shoals sites, take a snorkelling hike along a reef and observe the magnificent colours of the Red Sea, make an intro dive... Your guide will adapt the program according to your wishes.Day 6: SheleneyatAfter breakfast, a dolphin excursion and a dive for certified divers will be organised. You will then sail approximately 5 to 6 hours north to reach the site of Sheleneyat. You can take a snorkelling hike along the reef. After dinner, time to party!Day 7: Marsa AlamAt the break of dawn, the boat will sail to the Marsa Alam area where you will go diving or snorkelling on the two sites selected by your guide. You will arrive at the marina early in the afternoon. Your guide will tell you all about the leisure activities you can book in the Marsa Alam area to spend an entertaining Friday afternoon.Day 8: DepartureDeparture from the boat will be after breakfast or according to your flight and transfer schedules to the airport or hotel.Sample itineraries are for guidance only.
