Payment & cancellation terms
- A cancellation fee of 10% from the deposit is charged for all cancellations made more than 1 year before the trip.
- A cancellation fee of 10% from the total trip price is charged for all cancellations made between 1 year and 6 months before the trip.
- All payments received are non-refundable from 180 days prior to departure.
