Payment & cancellation terms
- Full refund shall be granted if the cancellation is made within 72 hours upon booking.
- Cancellations made by the guest 30-60 days from booking date a refund of 70% will be issued.
- Cancellations made by the guest less than 90 days from scheduled trip, no refund will be issued.
Refund amount shall be based on the paid value settled for the guest/s.
Refunds will be processed every Wednesday of the week.
