Reception at the airport, transfer by bus from the airport to the marina, assignment of the cabins and discovery of the boat.
Wake up, breakfast, then a welcome briefing (organisation of the week, safety instructions on board, etc.) will be presented to you by the guide. A verification of your diving documents and your insurance will be carried out before leaving the marina. The captain will head to the first dive site 30 minutes from departure. The briefing of the so-called "rehabilitation" dive will be presented to you by the guide. After lunch you will sail about two hours south to arrive at the Gota Sharm site where you will do the second dive of the day. At the beginning of the evening, after dinner, the boat will continue its course all night towards the south to arrive in the early morning under the Tropic of Cancer in the area of Saint John's.
For this first day on St John's, three dives will be offered. Sailing times between sites vary between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours in the Saint John's area. Dive sites are carefully chosen by your guide based on the weather and the number of boats at the sites. For a peaceful night, the boat will moor behind a reef sheltered from the waves.
As the sun rises, the captain and his crew will take you on another day trip to three other sites in Saint John's.
A last dive on Saint John's before starting the ascent to the north. On the road, we will stop halfway between the area of Saint John's and the Fury Shoals, for a mythical dive: the caves of Um Kararim. We will finally arrive in the afternoon at Sataya (Dolphin house) located in the Fury Shoals area. Once there, depending on the light or the time of arrival on site, you will have the opportunity to do a snorkelling session with the dolphins. The third dive of the day will take place during the day, at dusk or at night. The boat will remain moored in Sataya for the night.
If the snorkelling session with the dolphins could not be organised the day before, we will organise it that morning. Your guides will then take you to discover two reefs in the Fury Shoals area. After lunch, the captain will travel about five hours north to arrive at the Sheleneyat site. This third dive will take place at dusk or at night, depending on our arrival time. After dinner, it's time for the festivities!
You will navigate 45 minutes to reach the site where you will make your first dive. After breakfast, you will leave for two hours of navigation and arrive in the Marsa Alam area where the last dive of the cruise will be offered to you. You will then have the opportunity to rinse your gear on the back platform of the boat before sailing 30 minutes to the marina of Marsa Alam. The arrival is scheduled around 14.00. and therefore, some activities will be offered by your guide to occupy your afternoon if you wish. It is also entirely possible for you to stay on the boat.
The departure of the boat will be after breakfast or according to your flight and transfer schedules to the airport or hotel.
